Terms & Conditions

* The price is 1,900 THB per person; the same rate applies to adults and children.

* The maximum weight limit allowed is 120 kg.

* The age limit allowed is between  5 years old to 70 years old.

* We accept only cash and you can pay upon arrival.

* Since our payment policy does not charge in advance, we allow for bookings only 7 days in advance, so that you can be sure about your schedule. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance.

*Cancellations made after arrival at Tree Bridge Zipline are non-refundable. This policy applies even if you decide not to participate in the zipline experience after arriving. Please consider this policy before traveling to our location.

* Additional people who wish to accompany the Zipline group but will not participate will be charged 400 Baht per person for the roundtrip transfer. Please inbox us to arrange for the additional persons.
